This opportunity would suit either:

An experienced Internal Sales professional within building materials, distribution, or merchanting
OR

A strong Administrator / Sales Support professional who enjoys customer interaction and is keen to develop further into a sales-focused role.
What you’ll do:

Handle inbound enquiries and support customers with product information and orders

Process sales orders accurately across a multi-SKU product range

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Support the external sales team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure excellent service levels

Identify opportunities to upsell and add value where appropriate
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience within Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Administration
✔ Ideally has exposure to building materials, merchanting, manufacturing, or distribution environments
✔ Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
✔ Has strong communication skills and enjoys working with customers
✔ Is confident using systems, processing orders, and handling administration accurately
✔ Is keen to develop and grow within a friendly and supportive team
