About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and organised HR Assistant to join their busy HR team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience looking to support a fast-paced HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
Process starters, leavers, and employee changes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Support onboarding activities, including preparing contracts and new starter documentation
Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, handling and resolving administrative queries efficiently
Maintain and update employee records on the HR system
Accurately input and manage data using MS Office (Word and Excel)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredKey Skills & Experience
Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Experience using HR systems is highly desirablePersonal Attributes
