HR Administrator (Part-Time - Temporary) Southampton - 3 days per week | Immediate start | Approx 3 months - £16.60 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a part-time HR Administrator to join a busy organisation providing care services within the community. This is a short-term opportunity to provide additional support to the HR team during a busy period.
You will support the HR function with a range of administrative tasks, as well as assisting with basic employee relations matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting with day-to-day HR administration
Assisting with employee relations queries, including flexible working requests
Maintaining and updating employee records
Drafting basic HR correspondence
Providing general HR support to managers and the wider team
Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company processesWhat We're Looking For
Previous administrative experience within an HR department
Confident communication skills and a professional approach
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and ability to work independently
