Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Receptionist Administrator to join their professional support team. Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and provide a professional front-of-house experience

Answer incoming telephone calls, manage enquiries, and direct messages appropriately

Scan, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail

Prepare letters, documentation, and correspondence for clients

Maintain visitor logs, meeting room bookings, and boardroom diaries

Update client information and prepare fee notes using Practice Management Software

Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including stationery and kitchen supplies

Liaise with suppliers regarding office facilities and maintenance requirements

Carry out general administrative support duties across the wider team

Assist with Fire Marshal responsibilities where required
Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience within a busy office or professional services environment

Minimum of 4 National 5 qualifications (or equivalent), including English at Grade C or above

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
