Sales Administrator (Office-Based)
Location: Alperton, Wembley
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 DOE + Commission
Holiday: 20 Days + Bank Holidays
Our client is a well-established wholesale distribution business specialising in CCTV and electronic security solutions suppling innovative surveillance products to trade customers across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and professional Sales Administrator to join their office-based team in Alperton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong order processing and customer service experience within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries

Processing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently

Handling customer service enquiries and resolving issues professionally

Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are managed effectively

Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers
Requirements

Previous experience in a Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processing role

Experience working within a B2B or trade-focused environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional and confident telephone manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage
