We are recruiting an organised and detail‑focused Administrator to join a busy office environment. This is a hands‑on role with a split of approximately 40% credit control and 60% administration.
Duties include credit control and payment chasing, speaking with customers, resolving invoice queries, booking goods in, processing purchase orders, managing proof of deliveries, and maintaining records on an in‑house system. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and the ability to work accurately to deadlines.
You will have previous administration experience with exposure to credit control, be confident communicating by phone and email, highly organised, and a strong team player with a hands‑on approach.
