Bond Office Administrator
Location: RM20 (Warehouse-Based Role)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Bond Office Administrator to join a well-established warehouse operation based in RM20. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in import/export and customs processes within a warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse operations through effective system management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage import and export documentation in line with customs regulations.

Ensure compliance with HMRC and warehouse customs procedures.

Operate and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Vision or similar internal systems.

Maintain accurate commodity codes and relevant tax codes.

Process goods-in and goods-out entries within the system.

Prepare duty/VAT calculations and related compliance reports.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct documentation and stock control.

Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

Follow and promote Health & Safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse import & export operations.

Experience in customs clearance procedures is essential.

GCSE qualification in Maths (or equivalent).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience using Vision system or similar Warehouse Management Systems.

Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Experience working within a warehouse environment is required.

Health & Safety awareness within warehouse operations is advantageous
