T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to join our Client on a permanent basis in Castle Donington.
This is a crucial role within the Company where you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales efforts for the team. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining Customer records and providing Customer support.

Customer Success Executive Job Details;
-
Order Processing – Accurately input and process Customer orders from the sales inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment

Customer Service – Respond to Customer enquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues and providing information on products and services

Record Maintenance – Maintain and update Customer records, including contact details and account information
-
Communication – Liaise between Customers, Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and Customer satisfaction

Proactive Customer Support – Contact Bronze Customers to share promotions, check dispenser status and find growth opportunities

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
