Key Responsibilities

Assisting with sourcing materials and obtaining supplier quotations

Raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries

Supporting supplier and subcontractor relationships

Monitoring stock levels and project material requirements

Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation

Providing day-to-day support to the buying team and operational staff
Requirements

Previous experience in a buying, procurement, or administrative role preferred

Strong communication and organisational skills

Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Experience within civils, construction, or utilities is advantageous
