Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant
Location: New Malden
About the Role:
We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
Support implementation of behaviour support plans
Build positive relationships with students
Promote emotional wellbeing and engagementIdeal Candidate:
Experience with SEMH or behaviour support
Confident in managing challenging situations
Patient, resilient, and proactive
