P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking Office and Workshop Assistant to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a varied role supporting both the office and workshop operations, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident using online systems.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with day to day office and workshop administration

Obtaining supplier pricing and processing purchase orders

Checking goods received against delivery notes

Helping with packing and booking parcels via FedEx and other couriers

Supporting stores and stock related tasks
-
Handling customer queries and taking messages professionally

Booking hotels and travel arrangements when required

General administrative support as needed
Skills & Experience
-
Previous office administration experience preferred
-
MUST hold a driving license
-
Forklift license would be advantageous

Sage and stores/stock control experience desirable

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working within structured processes

Confident using the internet, email, and online booking systems

Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support different areas of the business

Good communication and customer service skills
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30
