The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a range of assembly and production duties, supporting the manufacturing process to ensure products are completed to the required quality standards and production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly of components and products using hand and power tools
Following work instructions and assembly drawings
Conducting basic quality checks on completed work
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Supporting other departments and team members when required
Working in line with company quality and health & safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a reliable and flexible approach to work
Willingness to learn new skills and processes
