Define and implement global HR data governance, including data ownership, quality standards, master data management, and lifecycle management.

Define and manage global HR data & analytics service delivery model (e.g., self-service analytics, dashboards, standardized reports).

Set up and oversee frameworks for HR data privacy, security, and compliance in close collaboration with Legal, IT, and Data Protection.

10+ years of experience in HR, data and analytics, global HR systems management, HR-IT demand management, or related fields in international matrix organizations.
