Driver / Operations Assistant
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Driver / Operations Assistant to support a fast-moving operational environment. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining short-distance driving with practical project and warehouse-style support.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out short-distance driving duties using company vans

Support operational and project-based work across different locations

Load and unload vans safely and efficiently

Assist with deliveries, collections, and on-site tasks

Handle heavy lifting and physical work as required

Work independently and use initiative to solve problems on the go

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and daily requirements
Requirements

Previous experience driving vans is essential

Must be over 21 years old (insurance requirement)

Full UK driving licence with a good driving record

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting

Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Able to think and act independently

Reliable, punctual, and flexible
About the Role

Approximately 20% driving duties
