Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator (Maternity Cover – Temporary)

Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
Our client’s company is well-established construction materials company who is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a key front of house role, ideal for someone who enjoys different types of workloads and can work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a logistics background would be better suited for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls in a professional manner
Managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming environment
Providing general administrative support to the team
Processing orders, invoices, and delivery notes
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Assisting with scheduling, emails, and office coordination
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
