What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
Processing insurance policies, renewals and claims accurately and efficiently
Keeping client records and internal systems up to date
Speaking with customers over the phone and by email, providing a helpful and professional service
Supporting compliance processes and making sure documentation is in order
Liaising with insurers, brokers and clients to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for in an Insurance Administrator:
Previous experience in an admin role - insurance or financial services would be ideal
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your workload
A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach
Confident communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
