Locations covering Southampton, Portsmouth, Gosport, Chichester, Guildford and surrounding areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a large property services organisation within their responsive repairs division, providing high-quality joinery/plumbing, multi trade repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties
Job Details:
Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
Social housing contract on responsive repairs with occasional voids
Paid call-out (1 in 6 weeks approx)
23 days holiday + bank holidays, with the flexibility to buy or sell annual leave.
Company fleet van and fuel card, so no wear and tear on your own vehicle.

Additional benefitsAbout You:
Multi Trade Operative background, joinery experience essential. The works include the repairs or replacement of various windows, doors, kitchens, tiling & patch plastering is desirable
Vinyl floor laying (cap and cove) desirable
Basic plumbing repairs, including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage
Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
Social Housing experience is essential.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively

Following company Health and Safety policies and standards
NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery/plumbing or multi
Full UK driving license is required.
