Labourers / Gangs – Night Shift (Live Highway Works) – Banbury
We are currently recruiting multiple Labourers and established gangs for ongoing night work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is a great opportunity with a major, well-established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.
Key Details:
- Location: Banbury
- Shift: Night work
- Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity
- Pay Rate: Up to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Positions: Individual labourers and gangs welcome
Responsibilities:
- Assisting concrete operatives and skilled trades on site
- General site duties including moving materials and keeping work areas tidy
- Supporting works on live carriageways
- Following instructions from supervisors and site management
- Working safely in a live traffic environment
- Adhering to strict health & safety and traffic management procedures
Requirements:
- Previous site experience preferred, ideally within highways
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Highways passport / relevant tickets (preferred)
- Ability to work safely on live roads at night
- Gangs must be reliable and able to work well together
- Strong work ethic and good awareness of site safety
- Reliable and able to commit to ongoing night shifts
- Full PPE required
