Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service Administrator for a fantastic company in the Letchworth area. In this role, you will ensure the smooth progression of customer orders from initial intake through to dispatch and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an established portfolio of business clients.
- Manage shared inboxes and phone lines, responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support Goods In processes and resolve product-related queries.
- Process customer orders from start to finish ensuring accuracy at all times
- Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers to update
- Coordinate returns and credits with accuracy.
- Assist with export compliance documentation alongside the Export Administrator.
- Manage quarantine stock.
- Act as first point of contact for all queries relating to open orders
- Expedite shipments to maintain operational flow.
