We are currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our agency team, supporting individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and complex care needs across a range of specialist inpatient settings.

💵 Pay Rate: £14.24 – £15.00 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay)
🧠 Key Responsibilities
You will be supporting individuals with complex health needs, including:
Neurological rehabilitation (physical and cognitive support)
Long-term complex care and specialist nursing support
Supporting patients with sensory impairments and disorders of consciousness
Respite care and short breaks support
Palliative and end-of-life care support✅ Key Requirements
Minimum 6–12 months UK experience in a Support Worker or HCA role
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
Ability to follow care plans and clinical instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days and nights💼 What We Offer
