Quality Control Operative – Brackley (Temp to Perm Opportunity)
Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Brackley for a Quality Control Operative. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate looking to join a growing team.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting quality inspections on incoming and finished products
Identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies
Ensuring products meet company and industry standards
Completing quality control documentation accurately
Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
Following health and safety procedures at all timesThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a keen eye for detail
Be reliable and able to work independently
Have previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
Possess good communication and organisational skillsThis is a great opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temporary period with a reputable employer.
