Academics are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a range of welcoming primary schools across Brighton. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who require additional support to thrive in the classroom.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environmentWe are looking for:
Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
