🧩 The Role
You’ll work within a Family Safeguarding model, supporting children and families through structured, relationship-led interventions.
This approach brings together professionals to address risk factors such as domestic abuse, substance misuse, and mental health, helping families stay safely together wherever possible.
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload across Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP)

Undertake assessments and care planning

Work closely with families to reduce risk and improve outcomes

Collaborate with multi-agency and specialist professionals

Apply a strengths-based, relationship-focused approach

Maintain high-quality case recording and reporting

Qualified Social Worker
