What you’ll be doing:

Handling incoming calls and building great customer relationships

Taking and processing customer orders

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries

Managing admin tasks and keeping systems up to date

Supporting a busy, friendly customer service team
What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and organisation skills

A customer-first mindset

Confidence using IT systems

Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle tasks

Previous customer service or call handling experience is a bonus

Your working week:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with 1-hour lunch)
- Occasional Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)
