The Administrator / Memorials Advisor role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every service runs smoothly - supporting families, managing administration, and helping create meaningful memorials.
This is a front-facing, highly trusted position, where attention to detail and empathy go hand in hand.
What you’ll be doing
Act as a first point of contact for families, visitors and professional partners
Prepare and manage cremation documentation with precision and care
Maintain statutory registers and ensure full compliance
Co-ordinate the daily cremation diary and appointments
Support families with memorial enquiries and arrangements
Organise and conduct memorial meetings
Liaise with Funeral Directors, officiants and suppliers
Handle queries and resolve concerns calmly and professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Monitor memorial renewals and communicate with families
You may also support chapel services and interments - ensuring each service is delivered with dignity and respect.
