Based: Leicester

Overview
This established manufacturer is looking to appoint an organised and detail‑focused Health and Safety Administrator to support the effective running of the Management System. You will help to maintain compliance with key standards including ISO 9001, HSE Risk Assessments, Quality reporting and all general administrative documentation
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Management System to ensure compliance with company procedures and certification requirements.

Ensure documents are accurate, controlled and easily accessible to staff.

Manage the full document lifecycle: creation, review, approval, issue and archiving.

Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence and tracking corrective actions.

Record, monitor and follow up on non‑conformances and CAPA actions.

Share updates on legal, regulatory and customer requirements.

Assist in training employees on IMS processes and document control.

Support continuous improvement of IMS processes and documentation.

Assist with training schedules and health surveillance for all employees.

Contribute to data collection, analysis and reporting for dashboards.

Clear and confident communication with colleagues at all levels.

Process‑driven mindset with good problem‑solving ability.

Awareness of ISO standards (advantageous but not essential).

Confident using Microsoft Office and databases (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and MRP systems).
Desirable Qualifications
- A‑Levels or equivalent in Quality, Environmental or Safety Management (or similar).
