Your new role
Using the Intelliflo system to manage and maintain accurate financial and client data
Supporting income accuracy and financial control across the wider business
Ensuring adviser and client income is correctly reconciled and reported
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers
Helping to maintain smooth revenue processes and accurate adviser remuneration
Contributing to strong governance and reporting standards
Supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into established finance processesWhat you'll need to succeed
Essential - Hands-on experience using the Intelliflo system
Proven experience in a finance administration role within financial services, ideally in an IFA or wealth management environment
Strong Excel skills, with confidence analysing data and identifying discrepancies
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
An open‑minded and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast‑paced start‑up environment where processes may evolve
Clear and confident communication skills to work effectively with advisers, operations, providers, and finance colleaguesWhat you'll get in return
