Join Our Team as a Personal Assistant!
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a leading organisation focused on competition and consumer protection? We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant to join our new Executive Directorate for Data, Technology, and Insight (DTI).
Role Purpose:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team. Your expertise will help drive strategic and operational priorities, ensuring that our leaders can focus on making a real difference in the UK economy!
Start ASAP, pay £16.80ph, duration 4 months, hours Monday-Friday 37 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role and you are required to work in the office two days a week. The successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, fast-paced diary and administrative support to a Director.
Manage complex diaries and inboxes, keeping track of emerging issues.
Prepare daily schedules and necessary paperwork for meetings.
Organise travel and accommodations while processing expenses.
Collaborate with colleagues at all levels, facilitating effective communication across the organisation.
Assist in managing external networks and committee engagements. What We're Looking For:
