Within our Facilities Management division, the Southwest Core team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites - as an FM Site Administrator, you would be expected to provide administrative support to the FM Business Unit, ensuring that all operations and procedures are carried out to the required standards at all times.
Position
This role supports the smooth delivery of Facilities Management operations by coordinating work requests, maintaining accurate CAFM records, and ensuring service levels are met. It involves allocating tasks to operatives, producing reports, supporting procurement activities, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
A key part of the role is managing client communication—providing updates, escalating queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The position also contributes to team collaboration, promotes a positive health and safety culture, and upholds the organisation’s values. Responsibilities may evolve with business needs.
Requirements
A good general education is essential
Experience of and a good understanding of information management systems / databases. (CAFM systems)
Must be IT literate and be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
