The Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities will include:

Acting as a primary contact for customer queries via phone and email

Managing and processing client orders accurately

Supporting onboarding for new customers

Assisting with billing, credit control, and account queries

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Providing general administrative support across the team
The Candidate:

You must have previous experience in a customer service role
-
Experience in credit control is advantageous
-
Ability to commute 5 days a week to Emersons Green (Bristol)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
