Our public sector client are looking for a Parking Administrator to join them
Location – Glenfield (Hybrid rota once trained)
Pay Rate - £13.91ph
Purpose
Provide administrative support for parking enforcement and permit services, acting as a first point of contact, processing payments, handling enquiries, and ensuring compliance with legislation and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries on parking enforcement and permits, including difficult customer interactions

Process PCNs and permit applications, including payments and reconciliations

Investigate and resolve queries, including decisions on PCN cancellations
-
Manage case progression and issue correspondence in line with procedures
-
Process legal documentation and liaise with DVLA
-
Prepare case files for appeals, tribunals, and court proceedings
-
Administer enforcement processes including debt recovery and bailiff liaison
-
Produce reports and maintain accurate records

Work collaboratively and support team operations
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or relevant experience

Administrative/financial experience

Experience dealing with the public, including challenging situations

Strong IT skills, including spreadsheets and databases
