Transport Administrator/Warehouse Operative

Shifts, Monday to Friday 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/10am-6pm, must be flexible with start times
Job Description:
Liasing with customer services/crews.
Running and controlling reports.
Data entry
Required to work within the warehouse, if required.
Qualities and Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of the transport industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Taco Master, Adoc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
You will have strong administrative skills and a good telephone manner and friendly personality as well as being computer literate.
Previous experience working within a warehouse/transport enviroment will be an advantage.
Please note due to the nature of the product we handle security checks are required prior to employment.Requirements:
No criminal records as a DBS check will be required,
No CCJs as we will do a financial checkExperience: Previous experience in transport coordination or a related field is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
