Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an exprienceed Warehouse Supervisor to lead shift operations and drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You’ll manage a team, oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and stock management, and ensure smooth warehouse workflows.
What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse operatives
Plan staffing, workflows, and equipment use
Maintain stock accuracy and manage MHE operations
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
Proven warehouse supervisory experience
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
WMS and Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid MHE licence(s)
Hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset
