We are seeking experienced landscaping gangs and individual operatives to join a contractor delivering high-end residential landscaping projects across London. Our clients work involves premium materials, bespoke designs, and exacting standards for discerning private and high end PLC clients.

Roles We Are Recruiting For
We are looking for individuals or gangs with proven experience in one or more of the following:
Skilled Landscapers (Pavers) – High-quality paving using natural stone and porcelain
Groundworkers – Site preparation, drainage, foundations, and substructure works
Plant Operators – Competent and ticketed operators for machinery on tight residential sites
Traffic Marshals – Certified operatives to manage site access and logistics
Labourers – Reliable support operatives with construction site experience
Key Responsibilities

Deliver work to a high-end finish, meeting detailed design specifications

Work efficiently as part of a professional team or gang

Maintain health & safety compliance at all times

Handle premium materials with care and precision

Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project managers
Requirements

Proven experience in relevant role(s) within landscaping or construction

Ability to work on high-spec residential projects

Valid CSCS card (essential for all site operatives)

Relevant tickets/certifications (e.g. CPCS/NPORS, Traffic Marshal, etc. where applicable)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Own tools (for skilled trades) and PPE
