We are currently looking for a Reach Truck Driver (referred to internally as a Warehouse Operative) to join us at our site in Northampton GP3 (NN4 5FB) on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday on the PM shift (2pm – 10pm).

The Role
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will support the efficient running of our Northampton warehouse operations by handling goods safely across inbound and outbound processes.
You will move and store products using manual handling equipment, including a reach truck, ensuring goods are handled correctly to minimise damage and reduce the risk of injury.
Additionally, you will:
- Carry out equipment checks and report defects promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE use
- Report any issues, concerns or variances immediately
- Support general warehouse tasks as required
About You
To be considered as a Reach Truck Driver, you will need:
- Proven experience working in a similar role within a warehouse environment
- A valid Reach Truck Licence
- A flexible, proactive attitude
- Good general IT skills
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- The ability to adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines
