Impact Recruitment are looking for a detail orientated production worker, someone with experience working to high levels of accuracy and cares about the work they complete. This is a role that involves lots of autonomy and will allow you to progress.
This is a permanent opportunity that offers job security and the chance to work within a strong team. You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location.
Role: Production Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm
Location: Northampton
Daily Duties:
Operating and using high tech equipment
Ensure all equipment is always kept clean
Confirming paperwork making sure they are correct
Working to strict procedures and processes
Using raw materials to manufacture products
Making sure completed jobs are quality checked
Complete paperwork as required
Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followedSkills and Knowledge required
Production or manufacturing experience
Enthusiastic and a strong team player
Excellent self-motivation with the ability to work alone
Good IT skills and literacy
Working knowledge of Microsoft
Excellent Numeracy & communication skills
Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail, under pressure on occasion
