Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Arundel to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant. This full-time role starts on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support the child’s academic, social, and emotional development
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or a background in care/support work
Individuals with personal experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. parent/carer) are encouraged to apply
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for helping children thrive
