- MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Shildon area.
The Job You’ll Do;

Maintain and control quality documentation including inspection records, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and material certifications.

Coordinate with warehouse, quality assurance, and customer service teams to gather and file inspection data, test results, and batch records.

Support internal audits and process improvements by scheduling, documenting findings, and following up on actions.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, generating CoCs, and responding to quality-related inquiries.

Ensure traceability of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process.

Contribute to counterfeit parts prevention and foreign object debris (FOD) programs through record-keeping and awareness support.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the QC team and maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards.
About You;

Minimum 2-3 years in quality administration, document control, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in aerospace, coatings/chemicals, or regulated industries (e.g., AS9100-certified) preferred.

Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and aerospace regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QMS software (e.g., ETQ, Oracle, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large volumes of records.

Excellent written and verbal communication for preparing reports and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
