Job Title: Apprenticeship Trainer
Salary: £45,000
Location: Fully remote / home based (UK)
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Apprenticeship Trainer who can deliver high-quality training and support to learners across a range of professional subject areas. As the Apprenticeship Trainer you’ll play a key role in helping apprentices develop their skills, gain qualifications, and progress in their careers.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging apprenticeship training and coaching remotely

Support learners through their qualifications and development journey

Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback

Ensure all training delivery meets required standards and frameworks

Work collaboratively with internal teams and employers to support learner success

Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Delivery Areas (you should be able to deliver one or more of the following):

Human Resources (HR)

Procurement
-
Business Improvement
-
Finance
About You
-
Experience delivering training, coaching, or assessing within apprenticeships or a similar environment

Strong background in at least one of the listed subject areas

Confident working independently in a remote/home-based role

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Passionate about helping learners develop and succeed
