This is a SME client-focused role, handling a varied book of Commercial risks. You'll be trusted to look after clients properly, spot the detail, and build relationships that last.
What you'll be doing as Commercial Account Handler:
Handling a portfolio of SME Commercial clients across a range of risks
Managing MTAs, renewals, new business and general client queries
Speaking with clients regularly and building strong, long-term relationships
Working closely with Insurers and internal colleagues to get the right outcomes
Keeping files accurate and compliant (the details matter here)
What we're looking for as Commercial Account Handler:
Commercial Account Handling experience (any level considered if you can demonstrate the fundamentals)
A great personality - someone confident, friendly and professional with clients
Attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
Someone dedicated, who genuinely cares about client service

Salary & package
