Hays are looking for 2x labourers for a residential build in Bath, on Phase 2 of building works. If you are local and available, please read below and register your interest.
Your new role
Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site.
Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Maintain cleanliness and remove hazards on siteWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
