Your responsibilities as Butchery Assistant
Accurately package and label products ready for distribution
Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Carry out cutting, mincing and dicing tasks as part of daily production

Assist with stock control, including goods in and goods out
What we’re looking for in a Butchery Assistant
Previous experience within a meat or food production environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
Strong attention to detail when handling and preparing products
Ability to travel to a remote location with own transport
Experience with packing processes or sausage production (desirable)
Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility including occasional Saturdays
