Receptionist
We are working with a well-established accountancy firm based in Finchley who are looking to hire an experienced Receptionist to join their team.
About the Role
This is a key front of house role where you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, clients and visitors to the office.
The role will involve managing the reception area, handling calls professionally, coordinating meeting rooms, managing post and supporting the wider office with general administration.
This would suit someone who has previous receptionist or front of house experience and is confident working in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office

Coordinating meeting room bookings

Managing incoming and outgoing post, including redirecting correspondence where required

Supporting with general office administration

Ensuring communication across the office is clear and efficient

Representing the firm professionally as the first point of contact
About You

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a receptionist, front of house or similar office-based role

Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Professional, reliable and proactive

Comfortable working in a fully office-based role

Able to represent the business with a high level of professionalism
Location: Finchley
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:20am – 5:40pm
Working Setup: Fully office based
