Welfare Operative Required – Royston
We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Welfare Operative for a long-term project based in Royston.
Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
Duration: Long-term work
Start Date: Immediate start available
Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness of welfare facilities (canteens, toilets, drying rooms, offices)

Restocking supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning materials

Ensuring all welfare areas are kept to a high hygiene standard

Supporting site team with general upkeep duties
Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
