Pay Rate:
AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00) - £14.05 per hour
Day Shift (10:00-18:00) - £13.07
Rotational Shift (06:00-14:00, 11:00-19:00 & 14:00-22:00) - £15.03
PM Shift (14:00-22:00) - £15.36The Best Connection are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives with FLT to join a leading logistics company in Banbury. You'll be working in a clean, modern environment picking and packing medical products ready for nationwide distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Operating FLT and MHE equipment safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and storage areas.
Moving stock within the warehouse to support picking and packing operations.
Ensuring accurate stock placement and inventory control.
Following all Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
Supporting general warehouse duties where required.
Supporting general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse or FLT & MHE experience is desirable.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling medical products.
Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
Additional Requirement
All applicants must complete a drug and alcohol test at induction.
Knowledge on FLT & MHE.
