About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role involving picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch to ensure customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities

Picking orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners

Packing products safely and efficiently

Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping

Loading and unloading deliveries

Conducting basic quality checks on products

Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe

Working to daily targets and deadlines
What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (but not essential)

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Physically fit and able to be on your feet for most of the shift
