Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (overtime available)
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Flexibility required to work outside of core hours, including weekends and occasional night shifts.
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and varied operation. This role will involve a mix of general warehouse duties alongside operating machinery and carrying out product testing.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone proactive, reliable, and willing to take on responsibility within the role. You will be working across different areas, supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse while ensuring quality standards are maintained through testing processes.
Skills:
Experience working in a warehouse or production environment
Ability to operate machinery (training can be provided)
Strong attention to detail, particularly when carrying out testing
Proactive and able to take initiative
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Flexible approach to working hours
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications required
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse environment
