A growing organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join its team . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5.30 (part time hours may be considered)
Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders, including generating sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices

Producing and issuing relevant licence documentation to customers

Liaising with freight forwarders to coordinate delivery of hardware to end users

Uploading invoices to the banking system

Managing the accounts receivable process

Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes

Assisting with general finance administration, including bank reconciliations and employee expenses

Supporting the annual audit process
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Previous experience of working as finance administrator

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including lookups and pivot tables)

Experience with Sage 50 is desirable but not essential

Positive, can-do attitude

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
