Role Purpose
REPORTS TO: Directors
To work as a member of the Nursery Administration team and alongside Directors on all administrative matters, in one or across several sites.
Accountabilities
Operational
-
Manage and process all government funding
-
Process all children leaving and starting
-
Process children’s change of hours
-
Update and maintain Admissions
-
Record and keep updated Lunch records
-
Issue regular newsletters to parents
-
Liaise with the Bookkeeper and Finance
-
Officer to provide any information they may require including children’s extra session requirements and end of month returns

Gap Analysis
-
Risk Assessments for all settings
-
Yearly Audits
-
Occupancy reports
-
Review and liaise with the Directors concerning the Prospectus, Pre – Conditions and Learning Journey book
-
Keep and Update company policies
-
Organising and booking outside provisions ie Crèche
-
Health and Safety updates
-
Archiving past children’s files
-
Report any maintenance jobs to Carillion, Amey or the in house Maintenance team
-
Maintain stationery stocks for the Nursery and re-ordering as required
