Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 40 hours a week (Between Monday – Friday 9am & 7pm)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (D.O.E)
The Opportunity
We are representing a UK-wide, FCA regulated renewable technology installation and finance business, founded in 2011. They are dedicated to becoming the UK's most successful installer of solar, battery, and heat pump technology.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join the core operations team based in Bournemouth. This role involves handling customer finance applications and providing essential support to the sales and installation process.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, providing vital operational and technical support to both customers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct Support: Handling general enquiries and technical support via phone and email.

Problem Solving: Identifying the best solutions for customer issues within company guidelines.

Coordination: Arranging engineer appointments for repair work and seeing installations through to completion.

Collaboration: Working closely with technical service managers and other business areas to manage appointments effectively.

Customer Ownership: Building rapport and maintaining regular updates to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey.
About You
We are looking for an organised, empathetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: At least 2 years in a customer operational role, with a minimum of 1 year in phone-based service.

Communication: Excellent telephone manner and the ability to explain technical queries clearly.

Mindset: A natural problem-solver and team player who can manage multiple priorities.

Location: Must be based in or near the Bournemouth area.
